Return Procedure

The return procedure for products purchased from www.drsoleil.ro is as follows:

According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014:

Except for the cases provided under Article 16, consumers benefit from a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract without having to justify their decision and without incurring costs other than those provided under Art. 13 para. (3) and Art. 14, after completing the form available on the website.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Returns must be sent by courier to the following address:

Str. Macului 17, Chitila, Ilfov County, Romania

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the returned product is received, by bank transfer to the customer's account.

The product may only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

• it has not been opened, unsealed, used, or had its packaging damaged;

• it does not show any signs of use;

• it is properly packaged for transport;

• it includes all documents with which it was shipped;

• it includes any free gifts received or all products that are part of a package or promotional offer (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free).

IMPORTANT!

Cosmetics and personal care products CANNOT be returned after unsealing and/or use, according to Article 16, point e, for health protection and hygiene reasons.

If you received a product different from the one ordered, it will be replaced with the correct product from your order.

If you received an incomplete order, please notify us no later than the date of receiving the package so that we can carry out the necessary checks and resolve the issue.

Return shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded except in cases where:

• you received a product different from the one ordered; or

• the order was incomplete.
