The return procedure for products purchased from www.drsoleil.ro is as follows:
According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, except for the cases provided under Article 16, consumers benefit from a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date they take possession of the goods, without having to justify their decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided under Art. 13 para. (3) and Art. 14, after completing the Return Form.
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer. Returns must be sent via courier to the following address:

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the returned product is received, by bank transfer to the customer’s account.
The product can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:
it is unopened, unsealed, and undamaged;
it does not contain signs of use (stains, scratches, impacts, tears, etc.);
it is properly packed for transportation, including all accessories received and with labels intact;
it includes any free gifts received or all products that are part of a bundle or promotional offer (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, impacts, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return or withhold an amount from the refund value. The amount withheld will be communicated after assessing the damage caused. This clause applies according to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding products purchased from www.drsoleil.ro using distance communication methods.
Personal care products and products from the Hygiene & Health category cannot be returned if they have been unsealed, according to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, Article 16, Letter e), for health protection and hygiene reasons.
In the event of repeated returns (more than 3 unjustified returns), we reserve the right to refuse future returns.
If you received a product different from the one ordered, it will be replaced with the correct product.
If you received an incomplete order, please notify us no later than the day you receive the parcel, so that we can carry out the necessary checks and resolve the issue.
If the received product is damaged, please inform us so that we can initiate the collection and verification procedure according to our return policy. Depending on the situation, the product will be replaced and resent as quickly as possible to the address provided by the customer.
Products can only be returned via express courier services, excluding the Romanian Post, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
